New Year, New Ink!!!

Just started this discussion to see what everyone has in the works for '09.

I just booked my appointments today for session #2 & #3 of my shark/octo sleeve.
May.23 and Aug.8
It will be almost actually 1 year to the day from my first to second session, due to financial reasons and my artists schedule.

Hoping to finish this sleeve and start on the side and chest panel before the year is up!!!

also maybe pick up a little souvenir from the Tattoo Convention here in April!!

I go next week to get the second half of my chestpiece with Sean Herman (the winged lion half). I'll have at least one session after that in March, and then I think I will be done for the year.

Ill be finishing up my arm on my b-day on the 19th. I have one appt a month for whole year, so who knows where i go from here. Either ribs or starting my leg sleeve.

just finished right arm lotus (horiyuki!). extending sleeve but not til cash flow improves... or money starts growing on trees.

I started the 09 with a ghost on my right thigh. Its still in the works but hopefully I finish it by the end of March. After that im moving on down to my ass which is where you guys come in ive been having some thoughts on what to get ive been thinking about extending my back piece or just adding a new peice in general. If i do add a new peice I was thinking about 6 japanese noh mask 3 on each side. Let me know what you think or if anyone has any cool ideas im open for suggestions.

Just had my first session of the new year yesterday. I am getting my entire right leg done. In doing so, there are a few cover-ups, and reworks in the process, it will be a long journey. Happily, the one tattoo that I absolutely hate was reworked yesterday, and it looks so different! (all this being done as a collaboration by Conan Lea, and Amory Abbott)

Anyway, to continue on topic: more sessions on that leg to come. none scheduled as of yet, but can happen any time!
In May I have an appointment with Gabriel Cece to continue my left sleeve. We should hopefully finish up the upper half of it in that session. Also in May there is a possibility of getting tattooed by Nick Baxter. Nothing set in stone yet though. Although I think it is looking good (I hope!)
In September, another session on my bat sleeve with Gabriel Cece, and a session with Juan Salgado to do a complimentary piece to the lotus flower he did for me.

Starting and finishing some chest work at the tattoo expo here in Sydney. Then finishing my arm and side piece this year. Strictly before I start anything else!!!

I'm getting my artist to draw up a scene of a knight and a dragon battling it out for my half sleeve, it should be great. I'm excited to start on the first piece that I need sessions to complete!

I'm getting my scripture anklet on Tuesday, I'm at the nervous/excited stage right now. I've been wanting it since July, it's been planned out since October, then had to wait till I had time to take some time off.

I don't know what I'll be doing after that, probably saving up money to pay off a car.

I start my left leg in May with Marie Wadman. No further session scheduled yet, but we're planning on having it done in 5 sessions over the summer
