Congratulations on the making it under 200 lbs! What kind of detox did you do? I don't know much about detoxing, so any info you can pass on would be appreciated.

Lost 6.4 pounds in 5 days doing a detox. I'm now at 196

25 pounds total since, November last year...Trying to get under 200 but just recently made it under 203 witch I was stuck at for some time.

keep up the good work !,... i'v lost about 50 pounds in the last 10 months , it took me about 7 months to do it and i'v been maintaining it .

I started working out again on March 8th. To date I have only lost 4 pounds, but I guess it's better then nothing. I hope to see my waist shrink at least 20 pounds. But muffin top isn't easy to lose...

Started my new year with a vow to run/hike to top of Mount Victoria, a local lookout point with forest paths - like a less intense Grouse Grind, each day. Have managed so far, but yesterday achieved a quite spectacular wipeout on the downhill run and now have the scraped knee of 8 year old kid. Plus a nice bruise developing on my elbow. Might just walk it today...

Also toying with idea of a half-marathon in a few months, but don't know if I can face the training.

On that note, how many weight watchers activity points do you think goes into a deep-breathing cheek-and-fist clenching tattoo session that lasts over four hours?

I am always looking for great ideas for side dishes. Anyone got any? My fave is to sautee a little chopped garlic (1 tbsp) and chopped onion (1/4 cup) in some olive oil, then adding a drained can of water chestnuts. Sautee that for a few mins, add some salt and pepper then add a bag of frozen long green beans or fresh. If they are frozen then no need for extra water. Sautee till hot. Takes about 7-10 mins. Makes an awesome side dish. (high in fiber and low in calories) Goes great with grilled meats!

Yeah the scene-y toile reminds me a bit of my nonna's bedspread or something haha Will definitely chat with my artist about some shadows and see what she can come up with :) The pain isn't something I'm relishing, but it'll just be three hours out…
