My only piece of advice, being a social worker myself, is to cover your tats in court. But as for the rest of the social work arena, you should be fine if you're respectful about it.

Ah, yes of course, aren't tattoos addicting? In my case, they are. My shoulder is still a work in progress. I have another appointment in two weeks. I currently work with families in child welfare, who are involved with Child Protection Services. I get to work from a preventative aproach to help families decrease risk of child abuse or neglect. Occasionally, a family will be unsuccessful and the children will need to go to a foster home or with relatives. Hard work, but I love it.
very nice to see that there are other social workers out there that aren't afraid to show thier ink, or get ink for that matter. My community is still a bit conservative when it comes to that so I will ususally cover it, especially in court. What type of social work do you do? BTW, very nice quarter sleeve you have there. Are you planning any more work?
