Nice to find another struggling tattooed writer from SF... I guess there are probably more than a few of us out there. The phoenix is awesome, by the way... nice work. Who did it?
Well i am still reading up on Kundalini. It has to be a fundamental reason why i am so ill. Thing is i am not sure how long or if it will pass. I seem to be on the extreme end of symptoms. But since reading up on it i feel alot calmer about my illness.
Back in 2000 my mum passed and i suffered terrible with my back, i had accupunture for want of relief and this is when the muscle spasms started. So maybe having the accupunture initiated the Kundalini within me. Thanks for introducing me to this, it makes so much sense.

Oh my, Jay, this is rather iluminating for me. Since my spiritual path has rising within me and i have been aware of energy residing in me, i have also become desperatly ill, i have CFS, Fibromyalgia and chronic back pain, i will be readingmuch more into this, thanks for the introduction to Kundalini.
