I like the traditional nautical themed birdies and what they stand for, but since I'm not a sailor and I haven't traversed the globe I thought these variations were more suitable. Besides, I like the lack of symmetry in them. :)
Ink collector... I get them to represent different phases of life.

About Me:
Greetings. I'm a 20-something married chick living in Dallas w/ my hubby, 2 Pugs, and Rotti and a cat. I've been a collector of tattoos since I was old enough to get them, and now I'm finally "growing up" and making a more central theme/plan for them all. One day I'll be covered head to toe, but for now, though, I settle for the many I already have. :) Pics to come.... I got a new 'puter recently and haven't moved the files over. See my little site for more pics of moi and my ink + the shops I've visited and recommend. It's in desperate need of updating (I originally started it when I was 16... cut me some slack!), so forgive the rudimentary web design. hehe :) Ta ta for now!
I'm a registered nurse and paramedic working in a suburban ER in Texas. Needless to say, they're none to receptive to visible tattoos. I play the game and keep mine covered at work, but deep down it irks me to no end. C'est la vie. One day people will get over it. And monkeys might fly outta my butt, too! lol
Got to be careful (at least in the US). Many Fortune 500 employers have added both a strip search and a cavity search to the last segment of the hiring process. A tattoo could spell the end to your future career.
