Congratulations on getting through it. You'll find over time that the experience is unique for each individual. Areas that are very painful for some people, don't even phase others. Everyone has different sensitivities.
I'm glad that you found it worthwhile.
It was a bit more painful than I expected but then again most of it was on my spine. It didn't go too bad and the artist said I was doing very well for it being my first time and the location of the tattoo. But I very much like it and it was well worth the small time of pain. :)
Oops, Sorry. I wrote the last post before I saw your photos. Congrats on your 1st tattoo. It looks great and it's pretty cool that it was your own design.
Hi Molly, I was reading in the forums and saw where you were supposed to get your first tattoo yesterday.
Did you get it ? And if so, how did it go ?
My wife is considering her first tattoo and I think info from another first timer would be more useful to her than all the stuff she's heard from those of us with a lot of coverage.

About Me:
My name is Molly. I try not to regret anything because at one point it was exactly what I wanted. I am very adventuress and I love to explore new places. I love the outdoors or at least in the summer. Plants are amazing, I work in a market garden. I'm an addict reader and I love to spend my time drawing. Playing frisbee and watching movies with my friends is the best and I love going for trips on the motorcycle.
Yeah the scene-y toile reminds me a bit of my nonna's bedspread or something haha
Will definitely chat with my artist about some shadows and see what she can come up with :)
The pain isn't something I'm relishing, but it'll just be three hours out…
