I so love your crows. I am looking into doing celtic cats which are one of my totem animals.
Plus, many gorgeous sleeves have some skin showing, as negative space (as in Marisa's amazing blackwork sleeves) or because a number of separate pieces slowly combined.

I know the work is shoddy, and I'm so thankful my artist would NEVER let me walk around looking like that, I honestly feel for the stealer, because in 2 years she's going to wonder why the fuck did she get someone elses tattoo on her body when she realizes she has no real reason for it. Ugh, I wish people would think before they ink.

The flow of it all couldn't have been any better. She managed to capture exactly what I wanted and has exceeded my expectations and imaginings. She's quite an awesome tattooist.

- Very cool, I am VERY impressed. Now there are 4 people who know what it says. (Until someone else reads these comments). That's my wife's and son's names. I also have their initials hidden in my leg piece. My wife is responsible for setting me free to get inked. I had 12 small flash tattoos and she knew I wanted more but I held back out of deference to her. She finally just said life is too short, do what makes you happy. So she and my son deserve a spot or two on me.
At one time I vowed never to tattoo names on my body but I like Runes and if anyone insists on asking, I can just say it says "Pickled Herring" or "Smoked Salmon".

What I Did On Summer Vacation: In which I get inked, drive too fast, and fall in love with SoCal.
(Subtitle: Marisa made me do it.)
After six hours of trying (and failing) to sleep on an Airplane of Screaming Children(TM), I arrived at LAX to perfect weather and the happy discovery that for once, my rental car was an actual performance-minded vehicle that is also fuel-efficient (2008 Nissan Sentra--seriously, I drove from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara and back on less than half a tank of gas). Between its amazing pickup and handling and my major case of leadfoot, I kept finding myself ton-up… Continue
