Being that my tattoo is two dogs done in red, orange, yellow, and black, I guess you can figure out what my answer would be....!
The two dogs are Celtic protector spirits and shapeshifters. It's a symbol of the fact that I'm safe here, that someone's looking after me.

Spreadin' the Magic
Today at the grocery store I was stopped by a former student of mine, that I haven't seen in over a year. He says, "hey, look what I did!" and pulls up his shirt -- across his upper chest was a very cool tattoo of a tiger. And he tells me, "I remembered one time seeing you working in your yard without a shirt, and I saw your tattoo, and I thought, cool! I've wanted one ever since, and I thought, 'when I run into him, I gotta show him what I did.' What do you think?"

Very nice progress!
I had considered flying down for the event from Sacramento--I've watched the evolution of the bodysuit on the right (think he was in Horiyuki's book while it was in progress).
