- with Ron's Soul conviction tattoo and body piercings Tattoo sterilization procedures are followed strictly. Our studio has a separate clean room designed specifically for cleaning and sterilizing tools. All of our tools are ultrasonically cleaned, scrubbed with detergent, rinsed, dried, sealed in pouches then autoclave sterilized. All of our needles are single use disposable needles. Brand new needles are used on each customer for every piercing or tattoo. Every procedure is done with brand new single use items. Tattoo ink is dispersed into individual disposable ink caps that are thrown away after each tattoo to prevent cross contamination. Disposable single use razors are used to shave the area to be tattooed. Gloves are worn during any procedure for the customer's safety and ours. All of our artists have taken several blood born pathogen courses. These courses provide us with the information that we need in order to operate safely in an environment where small amounts of blood can be present. Our autoclave is spore tested once a month by an independent lab. These tests assure that our autoclave is functioning properly. Our autoclave is maintained on a strict schedule and has NEVER failed a spore test. Our customers can relax knowing that they are in a clean, safe, professional environment. If you have any questions please give us a call and we would be more than happy to help you. Appointments are preferred but walk-ins are welcome. Please note, that all walk-ins must arrive at least one hour prior to closing
