Tattoo removal options

Thinking about lightening or removing a poor quality arm tattoo.

So, here is some info I've been accumulating. Here's a wiki on lasers, and info about how lasers work. The cost is like in the hundreds, maybe up to a grand, though, I'm thinking of just a session to lighten it, then maybe get a coverup.
